Each issue of eight pages covers the recent happenings of the Historical Society as well as presenting historical articles and images pertaining to the county's past. Depending on your membership choice, you can received the Graysonite in black and white delieved by mail, or you can recieve it digitally in full color. You are also given voting rights at General Membership Meetings to help guide the Society on its quest to compile and save the history of our families and communities.
Your contribution as a member will help fund the Society in its quest to compile information about our county. There are so few public records available in Grayson County due to the loss of all county records when the courthouse burned in 1896. The Society is the only hope for many researching their family lineage.

If you would like join, you can stop by the Jack Thomas House, or you can print a membership form found on our DOWNLOAD page.
