GRAYSON COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL JUNIOR HISTORICAL SOCIETY

Director Melinda Baum is the faculty advisor for the Grayson County High School Junior Historical Society.  Its twenty-six members are dedicated to preserving history and teaching others about the importance of keeping our history alive.

The Junior Historical Society will be taking on community service tasks such as cemetery clean-ups, park clean-ups, and preservation of our local landmarks.

The society is in preparation stages of getting ready for the Kentucky Junior Historical Society (KJHS) Conference in November.  Fundraising will kick off with a car show and a bass fishing tournament to pay our dues for the conference.
